Atelier Commerce

Atelier Commerce is a lifecycle digital commerce agency in New York, founded in 2018. We build and run the programs that turn customers into the brand’s best storytellers, for ecommerce and B2B brands, most of them on Shopify or BigCommerce. We treat word of mouth as infrastructure rather than a happy accident.

Our Social Snowball work covers program design and launch, with referrals, affiliates, ambassadors and influencers gathered into one place, so a delighted customer can become a paid advocate without a new tool or a spreadsheet in between. We build branded creator sign-up pages, product seeding workflows, and email and SMS outreach to creators. We also set up commission structures, Safelinks, TikTok Shop affiliate support, one-click payouts, and attribution that ties every creator to revenue rather than reach.

Programs are measured on revenue per partner, repeat rate and payout efficiency, and we retire what does not earn its place. Clients typically come to us with no program at all, a scattered mix of codes and links, or creators they love and no clean way to reward them. We assess what is there, fix the structure first, then invite the right people in.

Referral and creator programs sit inside a full lifecycle practice, so the same team also handles email and SMS, paid search and paid social, SEO and AEO, loyalty and reviews, merchandising, CRO and Shopify development. That means the program is built alongside the retention stack and the acquisition mix, and a Klaviyo flow knows what a creator just sold.
